- Roofed phase I in 2001 – 3 buildings – 104,200 sq. ft. inverted hot rubber roof system
- Access to roof and hoisting of materials completed with tower cranes/mobile cranes to various roof levels in co-operation with other trades
- Roofed phase II in 2003 – 80,400 sq. ft. EPDM roof system
- Installed Living Wall in Phase III in 2008
